Our Salsa Tartufata Food Service is a recipe dedicated to restaurateurs. This sauce is made from sliced mushrooms and 1% summer truffle in sunflower oil, which we have combined with corn starch and vegetable fibers to give it a velvety texture comparable to an emulsion.
