I wanted to order some cute cookies to gift as Christmas gifts for my customers. As the deadline was a bit short, I wrote to be sure it would arrive on time. They told me it was fine, but then didn't ship the package on the date they said. Then, I wrote to ask if I should cancel and they sent it despite it wouldn't arrive on time (and didn't reply to me or apologize!). They didn't fulfill all the documents for export and got blocked at customs. We never received it...
