It comes with 2 sides, 2 ends and a bottom that easily assembles with the provided screws. We include I shelf per display and the screws to attach it to the unit. However, there are no holes drilled for the shelf. This allows you to put it wherever you want. The unit measures 24 x 14 x 12″ outside dimensions. The inside dimensions of the crate are 21 3/4 x 11 3/4 x 11″ when there is no shelf in the unit.
