Handcrafted in small batches by Chicagoland’s only tree-to-bar chocolate shop, this 50% milk chocolate bar offers a bold yet balanced indulgence, studded with espresso coffee bits and buttery roasted pili nuts. Made with organic cane sugar, organic powdered whole milk from Hoosier Hill Farm in Indiana, and single-origin cacao beans from our estate in the Philippines, it delivers layered flavor and satisfying texture. Our cacao trees thrive in an agroforestry system and are nourished with farm-made vermicast and foliar fertilizers from seaweed and fish fermented with molasses. Fermented in santol-wood boxes and sun-dried on raised beds, our beans are processed under strict Good Agricultural Practices and certified PhilGAP by the Philippine Bureau of Plant Industry. This 85g bar (150mm x 75mm x 6.8mm) is produced in limited micro-batches and available exclusively through our shop—a refined farm-to-bar creation with a roasty, tropical finish.
