Our cocktail cedars are sourced from the highest-grade Spanish cedar. With minimal amounts of oil and resin, they ensure a clean burn of approximately 20-30 seconds. TO SMOKE A GLASS For drinks like Old Fashioneds and Manhattans, ignite a cocktail cedar and invert a glass over the flame until it fills with smoke (Note: Use a flame-resistant surface).
