Awful! As soon as I open the package, I was met with disappointment. The image is so dull and lackluster. And there is piling making it look worn. Immediately reached out to. Basil & Burch to express my dissatisfaction. she acted like this was the way the shirt was supposed to look and offered no remediation. So I sat on it a bit showed it to a few customers and someone that makes shirts they all said it was poor quality. I tried to return to no avail and ironically have been ghosted.

Hi. I didn’t “ghost” you, you are argumentative and have harassed me for weeks over these tshirts. I asked what size of mailer you’d use to mail the shirts back so I could properly make a return label but “I have no idea” didn’t help me. (Going out of my way and doing the return for you) Also reading Faires return policy you being the retailer have to initiate a return yourself from your orders tab. Which you did not do, you asked me to just do it for you which I am unable to do. You also filed a false “damage” report on these as they were not damaged, you were just unhappy with them, and then continued to still not file a return yourself but to keep attacking me and my shop after faires support chose to side with me that they were in fact not damaged.
