The key ingredient is the dried pomegranate seeds, which lend a needed subtle sourness to any dish. Use it traditionally with chickpeas or use it combined with other legumes, in stews, and even to marinate lamb, chicken, or beef. Our Chana Masala is made traditionally, by gently dry roasting the spices, cooling them, and then grinding them into a blend that will save you hours in the kitchen with homemade quality and flavor.
