The communication is very difficult, still haven't received a correct invoice after almost 8 weeks and still no response to the issue with damaged products. It's a real shame because it's a nice brand. But if the communication isn't good, we will also consider ending the collaboration.

Product is good. It is something new parents can use easily, but the prices are too high. The pricing on the block sets, 14, 24, and 42 pieces, are especially high. I have bought from your company probably close to when you opened the business because I like the product, but I hear customers say repeatedly that they are too expensive.
