Very very poor quality. The leaves have no glue on them and have of the leaf tips are damaged. While unboxing/unwrapping the tree they just fall off. Begin to fluff the tree? Even more fall off. We got a replacement tree and it's the same story. Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT buy this product.

Your description says that it is 70 inches. I gave it the benefit of the doubt and measured it and it is not 70 inches. It comes up to almost 65 inches.
