WHOLESALE PHEASANT PASTE 150G

The pheasant is the most hunted game in France. I remember coming home triumphant with its beautiful colorful birds! However, poorly prepared, or too old, its meat is often dry and does not lend itself to roasted preparation. So the solution was to make Pâté Grand-Mère. A family recipe that my grandmother regularly made with pheasants brought back from the hunt. Often dry, pheasant meat marinated in Armagnac makes it possible to obtain a delicious pâté, with a subtle and delicate taste. To be enjoyed as it is on a nice slice of bread, with a small button mushroom in vinegar. All our preserves are made with fresh products and meat from France, in our small artisanal cannery located in Les Landes.
