Communication with Nathan was pretty good. He was fairly responsive and very respectful. The first batch of my order came promptly and everything looked good and survived the acclimation process. The problem is that they have available plants with a variety of shipping times that they don't actually possess. They wait on their suppliers and they are selling things they can't always uphold. The last order came with good tissue cultures and some that were old and melted, months after ordering.
