It was my first time ordering from this brand and I probably will not order the Warq queens again. They came in pretty damaged from shipping due to the leaves rubbing against the plastic. I think if they added some stuffing or paper to protect they would have been just fine. The brand was very responsive and offered a solution quickly. 10/10 on customer service. Shipping issues happen, but over half of the order was damaged. Two of the plants are also significantly smaller than advertised
