We choose firm and compact mixed mushrooms and season them in olive oil, of 100% Italian origin, without GMOs, without gluten, without milk and derivatives, without allergens. Excellent as an appetizer or to accompany meat dishes but also with roasted fish. We recommend excellent red wine and full-bodied hard bread as an accompaniment.
