Wonderful customer service; when something was marked unavailable online, the problem was rectified right away! Customers have been buying as soon as we displayed them in our shop! Our local rep has been amazing and went as far as bringing in a box along with lots of samples to get our customers interested!

We now carry the sachets. They are high quality leaves and the sachets have enough room for the leaves to unfurl and give their best. No dust or crumbs here!! Flavors are crisp and clean. Packaging is beautiful. Customer service is top notch. They couldn’t have been more helpful. Definitely our new tea bag supplier!!
