the dish towels are quite thin but very pretty. I'm glad I bought on sale prices I may need to reduce price. the chunky trivets are substantial! *update* I probably will not buy the linen towels again. I decided to wash some to hang in the store, they do not dry well in the machine. they come out a stiff wrinkled mess. No one will want to iron kitchen towels. Heavier weight linen usually lays flat after dryer and is soft.
