I'm not sure if it falls under product quality or shipping packaging, just disappointed that many of the balloons were shipped to me without so much as a bag to protect them. My shop displays all inventory directly on the sales floor so I have to now find my own packaging and put my own product label on them with a photo of the item to protect these when customers are handling things. Very inconvenient and I won't know if they are damaged until someone wants one inflated.
