We are first time purchasers with this supplier and as it stands now, the last time we purchase. The stud earrings arrived in a plastic bag. Given we had assumed that we purchased a quality product I was stunned to see how we received them - and they are still in the plastic bag as we will now have to purchase specific displays for them. I am also disappointed that my written comments to the supplier, Erica didnt even warrant a response from her! Not a good sign.
