Description
A dark chocolate with a fine-tuned balance between notes of honey, red berries and nuts. Milk-free and without unnecessary additives. Appreciated by many for their creaminess and light-hearted tone. The beans in this chocolate come from the producer Öko Caribe in the cocoa-rich Duarte area in the Dominican Republic. The beans are roasted at low temperatures, processed minimally, and there are no unnecessary ingredients added. Harvest: 2021 Origin: Öko Caribe, Dominican Republic Bean Type: Trinitario, Criollo, and Nacional Tasting Notes: Flavor notes of honey, red berries, and nuts. Ingredients: Organic Cacao 70% and Organic Cane Sugar 30% Allergens: Vegan and Gluten Free. May contain traces of nuts and milk. Storage Keep in a dry and cool place, max 18C (64F).
