We wanted to clarify that because each of our mats is custom-printed one at a time rather than mass-produced, they do not come with traditional retail packaging. To ensure they arrive in pristine condition, we ship them carefully rolled in protective paper. Many of the game shops we work with—as well as our own shop—simply use pant or skirt hangers to display the mats, which allows the full design to be showcased beautifully for customers. We truly value your support, but if these mats aren’t quite what you were expecting, please feel free to ship them back to us for a full refund.
