The Elais line is our oil expertly prepared by blending three cultivars (Leccino, Gentile di Chieti and Intosso) grown in our olive groves in Abruzzo: thanks to this blend of oils we are able to obtain a wonderful product that is delicate, aromatic and spicy. Elais is ideal for both raw use and cooking. Its flavor is an intense fruitiness of grass, fresh artichoke, almond. It is recommended for dressing bruschetta, tomatoes, salads, fresh or grilled vegetables; or pastina, soups, broths and first courses; but also meat and fish cooked in foil and typical dishes of Abruzzo cuisine. It is ideal for infant nutrition. Today we present it in a new look, in the practical 750-ml bottle: easy to use, space-saving in the pantry, easy to recycle, with an anti-refill cap and, above all, it does not damage the oil’s organoleptic properties.
