The kit includes two primary fermenters (24 L each) with lids (with a hole), a plastic mixing spoon, and two airlocks. The kit includes a shut-off clamp, a 24" long racking cane, and 60" of siphon tubing to transfer the wine. The kit includes a hydrometer test jar and a triple-scale hydrometer to test the wine. For cleaning, the kit includes potassium metabisulphite (250 g). To help guide you through the process, the kit also comes with a Wine From Kits book with instructions. * Product of Canada
