Our order was fulfilled very promptly. However the courier didn’t show up to pick it up for a few days. I reached out to Om and was told it’s because they are in a fairly rural area and the couriers don’t always come promptly to pickup. Om followed up with the delivery company for us. Other than that, everything is top notch. Our customers love this brand and they are great to deal with.

I am not even sure where to start with how much I love this brand, their mission and their amazing products! Organic products that actually help your skin and have a phenomenal price point arent something you find often. The customer service is wonderful. Found a new staple for my spa. My clients are in love with how their skin looks and feel after using this skincare. PLUS, they have sustainable practices too.
