Extra Lightweight Professional Rehearsal Tutu with Hoops (T0001B) The Benefis Extra Lightweight Professional Rehearsal Tutu with Hoops is designed for daily ballet training, rehearsals, and stage practice. Its professional construction provides the silhouette of a classical pancake tutu while remaining exceptionally lightweight and comfortable for extended use. Designed using the same professional tutu construction principles as Benefis stage costumes, this rehearsal tutu can also serve as a high-quality foundation for custom decorated performance costumes created by ballet schools, theatres, and costume ateliers. The tutu features eight graduated pleated layers of semi-soft tulle — seven full-length layers and one shorter top layer — built on durable net panties with a 10 cm basque attached to a comfortable elastic waistband. Two resilient crinoline hoops are inserted into the middle layer to help maintain the classical flat shape throughout rehearsals. Two additional short support ruffles reinforce the outer edge and provide extra stability. The top layer measures approximately 36–38 cm, with each successive layer graduating by approximately 4 cm to create a balanced professional silhouette. Six large hook-and-eye fasteners at the back allow the skirt to be securely attached. Professionally handcrafted by Benefis in Moldova using professional ballet costume construction techniques developed through more than 30 years of experience.
