Incorrect delivery address. 40km further than where it was supposed to be delivered. No response to my message. The error was blamed on the carrier, while the delivery note from the supplier clearly showed an incorrect address reprint. I had to solve the problem myself. Very unfortunate because the products are of decent quality.

I reached out to company because customs too the treats that were in there and sent letter in email explaining what customs said and I still have no contact or resolve of the $100 worth items that were taken.
