Our heirloom grain "Anyday" Chocolate Cake Mix combines bold, spicy rye grain with rich cocoa. 100% stone-milled in Texas using European traditions, what sets us apart is our proprietary flour blend, carefully designed to showcase the complex flavors and decadence of ancient grains, not hide them under "artificial" or "natural" flavors. Easy to prepare: Just add 2 whole eggs + 1 egg yolk, 2/3 cup of milk and 1/3 cup of oil to make a perfect cake every time. Serving Size: Makes one 8" cake or 18 cupcakes.
