Each collar is hand-stitched using traditional saddle stitching with waxed Ritza Tiger Thread, a method known for its strength and long lifespan compared to machine stitching. The stitching is not only an aesthetic choice but a deliberate prioritization of quality and durability. The leather is dyed with Fiebing’s Pro Dye, and all edges are sanded, rounded, and polished by hand to achieve a refined finish.
