Each collar is hand-sewn using traditional saddle stitching with waxed Ritza Tiger Thread, a method known for its strength and long lifespan compared to machine stitching. The stitching is not only an aesthetic choice but a deliberate prioritization of quality and wear resistance. The leather is dyed with Fiebing's Pro Dye aniline dyes, and all edges are sanded, rounded, and polished by hand to achieve a beautiful finish.
