I was really impressed with the quality of the materials and construction! One bag arrived with a broken snap on the handle, but I had ordered extra for that reason. (I'm sure Bellemonde would have replaced it, but we'd already asked so much of them to rush this order last-minute that I didn't bother reaching out to ask.) These were embroidered, which looked awesome, and included as part of an incentive award trip for our client. They loved them so much that they asked for more to have on-hand!
