EDITED: customer service reached our after writing a subpar review. They were able to help me make a return despite the return window and offered a refund. Placed an order from them once for four different items. Don't plan to order again- the products quality was subpar and didn't meet my store standards, everything took forever to arrive and as a result isnt within a return window.
