Our craft pastas are made with heirloom and ancient wheats. We fresh mill our flour to retain the natural, nutty flavors as well as all the nutrients of the whole grain. They taste of real wheat and have a texture that is creamy and light. Pastas that make you feel as good as they taste. We use heirloom wheats as a celebration of real food with real flavor.
