UPDATE: the customer service on the de Buyer team reached out and was very helpful. I ordered salt and pepper grinders, didn't receive 7 of them. 2 of them were canceled with little notice (I would have canceled the corresponding salt grinder had I known), and 5 of them weren't even shipped (even though I was charged for them). I'm sending everything back that I did receive. I thought I would give it a try despite the other reviews, but it wasn't worth it.
