BACCAE N°01 is an organic and fresh gin, produced from French wheat alcohol and distilled in a Müller copper still. Endowed with a harmonious aromatic palette, it is centered around juniper and enhanced by notes of grapefruit, gentian and caraway opening to a subtle finish of verbena and eucalyptus. The BACCAE distillery in Paris produces unique spirits based on fruits, plants and spices from French Organic Agriculture. This young house has set itself the mission of highlighting the French terroir through a unique mastery of traditional techniques of distillation in alambic and modern techniques of cold vacuum distillation. 700 ml - 40% alc.
