I love Votivo products, but I placed an initial order and this item and another was left out. I contacted them about the error, and they shipped out replacements. Instead of sending the missing Bamboo Room Spray, they sent St. Germain Lavender. Just kind of frustrating. Products are great, product fulfillment is lacking.
