The products had quality issues. Their customer service had even bigger ones. We were loyal TJ customers, until we had a simple issue. Instead of standing behind their products, we were ignored. Funny how the "lifetime warranty" doesn't seem to matter when it's time to honor it. I built my business on trust. My customers saw the quality issues, how TJ handled (or lack there of!) , and they know exactly why TJ lost our business. The entire experience was a complete JOKE. We will continue sharing.
