I ran into an unfortunate incident where I had ordered 4 Cases of Glass Bottled Water which arrived completely broken with glass everywhere. A complete safety hazard. I’ve never seen a company ship glass so carelessly., All but one case was fine. I made the decision to keep the one to be nice and now stuck with a $118 shipping charge because I decided to keep 1 case. This is unacceptable and have not heard from the company to rectify the issue and Faire has not been of help either.

Received and each bottle was packaged with care so no glass bottles were broken. I have used other companies for my glass Icelandic bottles in bulk and I always have at least a few broken! Will definitely be ordering them again!
