I like the KLM products offered, as it meets my needs perfectively. However, the candy sticks arrived with a huge percentage of them broken...one box only had 18 unbroken ones. Admittedly, I have not contacted them yet as I left for vacation, so hopefully they can make it right. Also, the antique gum display unit came broken as well, so we had to tape it together to make it work. It was disappointing as I'm hoping to make a long term relationship with them.
