Seven bites come in a clear, convenient, recycled pack. Cases are 12. They are shelf stable (room temperature A-OK!) for up to 6 months, but impossible to resist them for that length of time. We recommend refrigeration for optimized texture and experience. Keep a pack in your gym bag, on the counter, at your desk, in the car and a few in the fridge too... or wherever you ROAM!
