Due to the printing process, this additional time cannot be expedited. Please contact us or indicate in your order notes if you need a product by a specific deadline. Whenever possible, every effort will be made to meet your delivery time request. We ship ground from Southern California and shipping can take 1-5 days. PLEASE NOTE: Our Playmats do not have retail packaging and ship rolled in paper for protection. For retail sales we recommend hanging our playmats with pant/skirt hangers to display the entire design of the playmat. DISCLAIMER: All monitors, tablets, and phones are calibrated differently and because of that we cannot guarantee the printed colors will exactly match the images you are viewing on this website.

We wanted to clarify that because each of our mats is custom-printed one at a time rather than mass-produced, they do not come with traditional retail packaging. To ensure they arrive in pristine condition, we ship them carefully rolled in protective paper. Many of the game shops we work with—as well as our own shop—simply use pant or skirt hangers to display the mats, which allows the full design to be showcased beautifully for customers. We truly value your support, but if these mats aren’t quite what you were expecting, please feel free to ship them back to us for a full refund.
