Our order was fulfilled very promptly. However the courier didn’t show up to pick it up for a few days. I reached out to Om and was told it’s because they are in a fairly rural area and the couriers don’t always come promptly to pickup. Om followed up with the delivery company for us. Other than that, everything is top notch. Our customers love this brand and they are great to deal with.

So far, these products are great! Natural ingredients, Canadian made, women owned, affordable... All things I was looking for when choosing a product to sell in my studio. I just want to add; I have severe eczema on my hands and most products make my hands burn... the mango hand cream did not! It is velvety and smooth, absorbs quickly, leaving hands feelings soft and hydrated. A definite Favorite🧡
