Wholesale Rattan and Lacquered Tray Inlaid with Mother or Pearl Tray

Our Mother of Pearl Rattan Trays are hand made in the North of Vietnam by a family run business who we have worked with for many years. The Phu Xuyen district, Hanoi area has a long history of mother-of-pearl inlay, dating back to the Ly Dynasty. We are part of the British Association of Fair Trade UK Network so all our products are ethical and sustainable. The Mother of Pearl comes from the waste created by the oyster farms in Vietnam, rattan is crafted from the stems of rattan palms, a type of climbing palm, predominantly found in Southeast Asian rainforests, and the lacquer work is produced in house. Each tray is unique, no one will be the same.
