We start with an organically grown Elephant Friendly™ whole leaf black Assam tea. This very special tea is grown at the foot of the Himalayas on a small tea farm that was the first to be certified as Elephant Friendly ™. Elephant Friendly ™ tea farms follow guidelines that help to prevent injuries to Asian elephants as they pass through the tea farms and open up safe habitats for the elephants. We then blend in organic cinnamon, organic ginger, organic cardamom, organic peppercorn, organic star anise and organic chilies. All the spices are ground in house to give you the freshest tea possible. Samples are 2-3 servings of loose tea.
