Her communication was fantastic, right from the beginning to ensure I was okay with the delivery schedule to notes on the invoice inside my package to ensure I took proper care when unpacking my order to ensure nothing broke. The packing was very well done and nothing was damaged. She even included small gifts for purchasing from her which is, of course, not necessary but definitely appreciated. Most importantly, each item was exactly as described and pictured. My tealights are perfect!
