This is true body butter, not cream. There are NO waxes or emulsifiers. No preservative because it contains no water, however, you may add one if you like. Long shelf life of at least one year, even longer if kept refrigerated. Order unscented or I can pre-scent it for you. You can add additional ingredients or keep it simple. Just soften in microwave for a few seconds, if necessary, add your fragrance oils, whip, rest and package, that's it! No more melting and weighing multiple butters and oils in multiple containers, saves a lot of time. I have done the hard part for you. this is my second time ordering from Coco select. I am always pleased with my purchase. however, through no fault of hers, my package arrived damaged. it was clearly marked "fragile" but USPS seemed to not care.
