Blueberry and strawberry notes imparted by the natural processing method dominate the cup before giving way to dark chocolate and hazelnut in the finish. Easy to work with for any brew method, but we love it in auto-drip, french press, or chemex. The two sides of Ethiopian coffee at once: sparkling washed & deeply sweet natural processing in equal parts.
