It is made of kantha on which we reprint patterns with a wooden block (blockprint) and its interior is waterproof. Each piece is different and unique. Our Amalfi collection is a tribute to the long and rich history of textiles in India. All pieces are made from kantha, a process that involves hand-stitching selected vintage saris by Lilo on site. This virtuous process gives a second life to these fabrics, filled with the history of the women who wore them, and provides a substantial income to those who make our bags, pouches, and totes.
