I am so disappointed in this company! I placed an order on September 24th, received it October 1st. When I unpacked my items, I realized I was missing 2 items and 2 items in the package were broken. I messaged them on Faire and told them about the problems, they responded and gave me their business email to send pictures to. I emailed them explaining what was wrong, never heard back from them. I emailed them 2 weeks later, still haven't heard back from them. I DO NOT recommend Shop Neighbors!!!!
