Paola Hirou trained in illustration in Lyon and experimented with various techniques and mediums such as painting, sculpture, and digital drawing. Today, her drawing style has developed into a more graphic and refined approach, using digital or gouache flat colors. She places great importance on color, deliberately limiting her palette to a few carefully chosen shades. Nature is her main source of inspiration.
