I was given a date 2 weeks out from my order date that the order would be sent out. A week after that it still hadn't been sent, so I contacted the company. They checked on it and said they had been waiting for an item. I would have like to have known that as soon as they knew I wouldn't be getting my order when I expected it.

We expected a bit of a long turnaround time on these, but not quite as long as we waited. So that was a little disappointing BUT the quality of the bags and wallets is just amazing! We will be ordering again.
