Shipping spray and shampoo. Someone death wrapped the bottles in plastic wrap and in doing so caused all the lids to be lose and every bottle leaked inside the wrap and through to the box. All bottles had some product loss. They were trying to prevent the bottles from leaking by wrapping them, but caused more of a problem because the tension of wrapping the lids loosened them. Then the process of trying to peel and cutaway to plastic wall furthered cause damage and more leaks. Ship upright

Products are large and great for dogs. However my box came in demolished because it was too big for the amount of heavy product. FedEx had to retape it back together. One of the lids on the shampoo bottle busted off and leaked ALL OVER the bottom of the box onto my floor. Thank goodness it was just one bottle and I could wipe it off the other bottles. But their packaging needs to have cushion and appropriate size boxes.

I Received this order and was so excited to open it. Upon opening, there was a tote of wipes completely open as if cut with a knife and no lid, I also ordered shampoo which while still having plastic on them; had a quarter of it missing. Unfortunately, this will be my first and final order from this company. This was not packaged well for the amount paid.
