I spent over 30 successful years in a lucrative, yet challenging career as a Federal Law Enforcement Officer. In March 2021, I decided to retire and began to focus on my true life's passion, the Arts. I literally underwent a lifestyle transformation. Metaphorically speaking, I gave up handcuffs, badge and uniform for pencils, paper and sketchpads. I love animals and am very empathetic towards them. Mainly, I enjoy reading, writing, drawing, painting, and crafting and an occasional glass of Moscato. I reside in Harlingen, a small town in South Texas known as the Rio Grande Valley (RGV). This region is known for its beautiful beach, South Padre Island which is located along the Gulf of Mexico. Naturally, I am now following my passion, authoring literary works and creating visual art.
