Streit's Mediterranean matzos are made with non-gmo and vegan ingredients to accommodate as many lifestyles as possible. Each batch is baked under the supervision of Rabbi M. Soloveichik for a truly kosher product. We never use preservatives, and every bite in each 11 oz. box is low sodium and low fat for those on restricted diets.

After shipping these items are more expensive than retail! Also the packaging is not the same as the picture. We received an ugly white package and we are basically paying people to buy these just to get rid of them.
